As the grain crop with the largest planting area in Xizang, qingke (highland barley) is both a staple food for local people and a highly promising plateau specialty ingredient. Xizang enterprises are deeply engaged in the development and processing of qingke raw materials, successively launching specialty products such as pure qingke biscuits, qingke instant noodles, and qingke mooncakes, promoting win-win outcomes for both enterprises and farmers.
